We have worked with your school for years now. As always there is no money up front and no need to ever pay for the chocolate in advance. In the past few years we have used Anthony “The Magic" Hernandez as a prize for selling a case of chocolate and returning the money on time. This year I am hoping we may do something different in order to help boost fundraising to heights we have not seen yet at this school.
Below is an example of a permission slip we have used recently in many of our school including Westside Elementary not to far from you. We have completed record fundraisers with this program along with a kickoff and assembly for the kids.
How the Prize Program works. I give you all the free chocolate needed to pay for the entirety of the prizes in full. In past years we have always been helpful with this model of fundraising. My kickoffs are simple but exciting for the kids. I inform them how the prizes work and how much they need to sell to get to each level. I do this by using a video with lots of entertaining music and funny but educational content. The video is exactly 15 minutes in length however this includes about 3 minutes of walking out music. I live for the assemblies and kickoffs and spend a lot of time in preparation for them.
